First, call us or fill out our form with relevant info:
-“I’m a Buyer” asks stuff like WHERE you want to buy, HOW MUCH you want to spend, and WHAT TYPE of house you are looking for.
-“I’m a Seller” asks you about your house.
-Next tell us about YOUR style: are you a foodie, an athlete, a business traveler? Any preferred languages?
We call and chat with you:
-What’s your deal-doing style – are you deliberate or quick?
-Is this your 1st home or 20th purchase?
-Want lots of options and see everything – or do you want your Realtor to do the culling and just show you a few results?
We search and scrub and match our database of all active DFW Realtors with YOUR requirements and pick from the top 5%.
-We call and interview the top candidates: Do they REALLY want to be YOUR solution RIGHT NOW?
-We ask tough candid questions and narrow it to three GREAT matches that get it, want it, can do it.
We make a formal introduction via e-mail with some details about each of you. We talk about what you are you looking for and tell you what your Realtor candidates are qualified to do for you.
Next you call each other and chat and meet whoever you like. Then e-mail us your choice of the three and go on with your best match.
If you don’t like any of our matches, we’ll call and talk about how we missed the mark and go again till you are happy.
